This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders. Please read carefully.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 6-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs for international shipments.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within United state and Canada


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Use this number to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SMARTCHOZ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is marked β€œDelivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
